Sales Manager
to drive solar energy sales and expand the company's presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales
of solar energy solutions by identifying and pursuing potential clients and opportunities. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely response and conversion.
- Conduct site visits, energy assessments, and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
- Stay updated on solar technology, financing models, and industry developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in direct sales in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Proven ability to
achieve and exceed sales targets
. - Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and net metering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
