Sales Manager
 to drive solar energy sales and expand the company's presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term relationships with clients in the residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales
     of solar energy solutions by identifying and pursuing potential clients and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely response and conversion.
  • Conduct site visits, energy assessments, and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
  • Stay updated on solar technology, financing models, and industry developments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in direct sales in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Proven ability to 
    achieve and exceed sales targets
    .
  • Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and net metering.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
