  • Developing Effective Marketing Plans: Establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Leading Marketing Program Execution: Leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Creating, maintaining, and conducting analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Creative Direction: Helping develop creative briefs and guiding creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications.
  • Campaign Alignment: Conceptualizing and executing on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  • Content Management: Managing content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing sales support.
  • Idea Generation: Gathering customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Performance Tracking: Identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimizing accordingly.
