Digital Marketing Coordinator Position Description

This Digital Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital media channels and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting with Digital Media Strategies: You will assist in the development and implementation of digital media strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance our online presence.
  2. Creating Engaging Content: You will create high-quality digital content, including websites, blogs, articles, and animated explainer videos, to engage our target audience and promote our brand.
  3. Supporting Online Presence: You will support the establishment of our online presence through social media and search engine optimization (SEO) audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  4. Maintaining SEO Best Practices: You will assist in maintaining regular keyword research and other best practices to optimize our online presence.
  5. Supporting Brand Identity: You will assist in creating a unique brand identity online that reflects our values and mission.
  6. Assisting with Google Ads Campaigns: You will assist in creating and monitoring Google Ads marketing campaigns and coordinating with the graphics team to create engaging display ads.
  7. Assisting with ROI and KPIs: You will assist in supervising return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure our digital marketing efforts are meeting their intended goals.
  8. Identifying Trends and Insights: You will assist in identifying trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on those insights.
  9. Supporting Experimentation: You will assist in planning, executing, and measuring experiments and conversion tests to improve our digital marketing efforts.
  10. Collaborating with Internal Teams: You will collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist.
  3. Professional certifications like Digital Marketing Fundamentals and Digital Brand Management will be an advantage.
  4. A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
  5. Effective leadership and time management skills.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Outstanding analytical skills.
  8. Attention to detail.
  9. Ability to multitask.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through digital media.


Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  1. Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  2. Experience with SEO and SEM.
  3. Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
