The Future Leaders Programme seeks an experienced Senior Investment Manager to lead a dynamic sales team. This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership and managerial skills to guide the team towards success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring a team of Sales Consultants & Investment Advisors.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth, achieving targets.
  • Evaluate client requirements, delivering outstanding demonstrations and deal closures.
  • Track team performance, meeting daily KPIs (calls/meetings).
  • Drive sales efforts, ensuring timely closure of deals.
  • Enhance sales techniques and client engagement skills through coaching.
  • Maintain knowledge of financial and tax regulations, guiding the team effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a managerial role with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong coaching abilities, experience in developing and guiding a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial and tax matters related to the industry.
  • Excellent customer interaction, presentation, and sales pitch skills.
  • Effective meeting preparation, rapport-building, and time management abilities.
  • A proven ability to rise to challenges and drive team success.
