Senior Investment Manager Role

The Future Leaders Programme seeks an experienced Senior Investment Manager to lead a dynamic sales team. This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership and managerial skills to guide the team towards success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative environment, mentoring a team of Sales Consultants & Investment Advisors.
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive business growth, achieving targets.
- Evaluate client requirements, delivering outstanding demonstrations and deal closures.
- Track team performance, meeting daily KPIs (calls/meetings).
- Drive sales efforts, ensuring timely closure of deals.
- Enhance sales techniques and client engagement skills through coaching.
- Maintain knowledge of financial and tax regulations, guiding the team effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a managerial role with a proven track record.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong coaching abilities, experience in developing and guiding a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and tax matters related to the industry.
- Excellent customer interaction, presentation, and sales pitch skills.
- Effective meeting preparation, rapport-building, and time management abilities.
- A proven ability to rise to challenges and drive team success.
