Job Opportunity: Lead UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to spearhead the creation of intuitive and user-centric interfaces for our digital products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end design processes, from concept to final implementation.

This role is perfect for an individual with a strong design portfolio, deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap, and the ability to work closely with developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.

  • Design Responsibilities:
  • Create elegant, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces for our digital products.
  • Lead wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and final design specs.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility and technical alignment.
  • Understand platform limitations and design within the constraints of Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly on designs.
  • Maintain design consistency across products using design systems and component libraries.
  • Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across all device types.
Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, or prototyping using AI tools like Cursor/v0.
  • Proven track record designing within Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and developer workflows.
  • Experience collaborating directly with developers and product managers in agile environments.
  • A portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and real-world implementation.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Bonus Skills & Certifications

The following qualifications will be viewed favorably:

  • Experience designing for SaaS or fintech products.
  • Familiarity with component-based design systems (e.g., Storybook, Figma libraries).
  • Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of Git and developer handoff tools.
