Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as a support services coordinator, providing executive support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive support to the executive team, anticipating their needs and meeting deadlines.
  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all business matters and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, drafting emails and preparing reports as needed.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address challenges and resolve issues independently.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders.

Requirements:
