
Service Level Coordinator

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking a dedicated Service Level Coordinator to manage service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external partners to monitor, report, and improve service performance.
Responsibilities- Monitor service delivery performance against SLAs and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure SLA compliance and address performance issues.
- Act as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding SLAs and service quality.
- Conduct SLA review meetings and discuss performance metrics and actions.
- Recommend and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation of policies and procedures related to service management.
- Assist in developing SLAs aligned with business needs.
- Communicate service level expectations effectively across teams.
- Handle 24/7 call management and coordinate shipments with DHL.
- Track parts, follow up with engineers and coordinators, and update daily reports.
- Address operational issues and coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in service level management or similar roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with service management tools is a plus.
