Digital Performance Marketer

This role is ideal for a highly analytical and creative individual who can drive the transformation of digital marketing efforts.

We are seeking an expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms
  • Utilize precision audience segmentation to target and retarget leads by country, course, and university
  • Analyze campaign performance weekly using Excel or Google Sheets, focusing on key metrics such as cost per lead, click-through rate, return on ad spend, and conversion rates
  • A/B test creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages for ongoing optimization
  • Create engaging ad copy across platforms with platform-specific tone and format
  • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and Digital Strategy Lead to align creative and strategic goals
  • Prepare performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within education, services, or niche targeting
  • Proven track record of running and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager
