Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a digital transformation team. As a Digital Services Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital services portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will craft bold and user-centric strategies to evolve our digital services portfolio.
  • Design and execute monetization models with a sharp focus on performance.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter: revenue, daily active users (DAU), monthly active users (MAU), churn, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with business intelligence, pricing, and data science teams to build robust forecasting and personalization engines.
  • You will transform legacy Value-Added Services (VAS) into smart, app-based platforms.
  • Create seamless user journeys powered by design, data, and human insight.
  • Launch loyalty and gamification engines to keep users engaged.
  • Owning adtech revenue levers while ensuring data privacy compliance.
Key Deliverables
  • Revenue Growth: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual digital targets.
  • Digital Shift: Lead the roadmap for transforming legacy services to digital-first.
  • Monetization: Innovate and scale ad-based and transactional revenue streams.
  • Engagement & Retention: Improve DAU/MAU, reduce churn, and boost service stickiness.
  • UX Upgrades: Make experience smoother through behavioral insights and A/B testing.
  • Partnership Expansion: Unlock strategic alliances to scale digital products.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Build dashboards, report performance, and fuel continuous improvement.
RequirementsMust-Haves:
  • Strong grasp of telco services and market dynamics.
  • At least 2 years of overall experience (1 year managing telecom services/VAS platforms).
  • Experience in Segments or Pricing is a plus.
  • Solid command of data analytics and reporting (Power BI proficiency required).
  • Able to thrive in fast-moving environments.
  • Clear understanding of customer needs and delivering solutions that matter.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Digital Marketing Certification (preferred).
  • Project Management Certification (preferred).
