Clinical Studies Coordinator

This is an entry-level position available for a Clinical Research Associate to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring clinical studies according to KR SOPs and all applicable rules and regulations.
The primary duties of this role include selecting and identifying investigators responsible for conducting trials at trial sites, serving as the point of contact for clinical site questions, establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing sites, providing quality oversight to Site Management operations, and representing the organization as the Study lead.
Key responsibilities also involve collaborating with US-based clinical sites on multiple studies, supporting Clinical Research Coordinators, engaging with clinical divisions of major pharmaceutical companies, and building lasting relationships. Additionally, the successful candidate will prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity, demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills, show proficiency in writing effective emails and other forms of written communication, exhibit strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and prove ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge or experience in the clinical research industry is preferred but not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is also preferred.
