Summary
Following established policies, procedures, and study protocols, provides assistance on clinical research studies, including recruiting, evaluating, and consenting patients for studies; collecting and organizing patient data; scheduling patients for study visits; performing clinical tests such as phlebotomy, EKGs, etc.; maintaining and updating data generated by the study.

Essential Functions
  1. Reviews proposals for compliance with sponsor and organizational guidelines; verify all sponsor requirements are met.
  2. Recruits patients for clinical trials, conducts phone screenings.
  3. Verifies the accuracy of study forms and updates them per protocol.
  4. Prepares data for analysis and data entry.
  5. Documents patient visits and procedures.
  6. Assists with regulatory binders and QA/QC procedures.
  7. Assists with interviewing study subjects.
  8. Assists with study regulator submissions.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Science required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes
