UI/UX Design Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong design portfolio, deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks like Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap, and the ability to work closely with developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating elegant, intuitive, and user-centric interfaces for our digital products, ensuring their designs translate seamlessly into production.

  1. Job Responsibilities:
  2. Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and final design specs.
  3. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure feasibility and technical alignment.
  4. Understand platform limitations and design within the constraints of Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap.
  5. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate rapidly on designs.
  6. Maintain design consistency across products using design systems and component libraries.
  7. Ensure designs are accessible and responsive across all device types.
  8. Participate in daily standups and cross-functional team discussions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, or prototyping using AI tools like Cursor/v0.
  • Proven track record designing within Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar CSS frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and developer workflows.
  • Experience collaborating directly with developers and product managers in agile environments.
  • Portfolio showcasing user-centered design, interaction design, and real-world implementation.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
