Job Description
: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting engaging user experiences and intuitive user interfaces across our digital platforms. You will ensure that every design element is both functional and visually appealing, helping us deliver exceptional digital solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

·       Understand and analyze user experience requirements for various digital products.

·       Develop and execute a complete UI/UX design strategy aligned with the brand's vision.

·       Create wireframes, prototypes, flowcharts, storyboards, and high-quality visual designs.

·       Design user interface components such as navigation menus, tabs, search boxes, and widgets.

·       Conduct usability testing for layouts, CTAs, banners, page flows, and landing pages.

·       Provide insights on UX research methods and testing approaches to evaluate user behavior.

·       Ensure consistency by following design guidelines, typography, and brand style standards.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field with at least 1 year of UI/UX design experience.

·       Strong portfolio of UI/UX projects for web and mobile platforms.

·       Hands-on experience with tools like Sketch, In Vision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.

·       Figma expertise will be highly preferred.

·       Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

·       Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
