The Client Service Manager For Outdoor Advertising will be a pivotal figure in our organization, tasked with managing multiple sites across Karachi. Their primary objective will be to oversee the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff and departmental activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely responses to customer queries, ensuring prompt resolutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  2. Coordinate with internal departments to address service requirements and deliver instructions for efficient task execution.
  3. Identify customer needs and explore opportunities for product enhancement, increased utilization, and optimized channel usage.
  4. Monitor and maintain quality standards through regular assessment and analysis.
  5. Analyze service performance with internal departments and clients, generating valuable insights for ongoing improvement.
  6. Manage employee recruitment, training, and development, as well as planning, assigning, and directing work to achieve maximum results.
  7. Accurately communicate billing information to clients and ensure timely payments.
  8. Hold site staff accountable for quality and production, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  9. Establish strong relationships with government agencies.
  10. Communicate company objectives and expectations to all site staff, fostering a culture of accountability.
  11. Track and report productivity for weekly and monthly evaluations.
