Mystic Advertising is actively seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to join its dynamic team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with excellent ideation skills and a proven record of successfully managing key client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.

The Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth within assigned accounts. The role requires a creative approach to campaign ideation, along with strong relationship management, excellent communication, and the ability to lead collaborative projects across creative, digital, media, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key client accounts.
Lead creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative marketing strategies and campaign ideas.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring regular communication and building trusted relationships.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of high-quality work.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client portfolios to maximize revenue potential.
Analyze campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide clients with actionable insights for future optimizations.
Ensure all client deliverables meet the agency's quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience managing key accounts in a reputable advertising or marketing agency.
Strong strategic thinking and creative ideation skills.
Proven ability to foster long-term client relationships at senior levels.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Experience with both digital and traditional marketing strategies will be a strong advantage.
