Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights that inform business strategy.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in business data through statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performance through data-driven recommendations.
  • Automate data processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy while ensuring data integrity.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of data cleaning, processing, and visualization techniques to extract meaningful insights from data.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in finance, healthcare, e-commerce, or other industries.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark (a plus).
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts (optional).
