Appointment Coordinator

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills to contact potential clients via telephone. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining whether prospective clients may be interested in our products and services, and scheduling a meeting with our Sales Representatives.

The ideal candidate will be determined to achieve their goals and have a thorough understanding of the sales process. They should be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential clients.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Familiarizing yourself with the details of our products and services.
• Contacting prospective clients using a list of provided phone numbers.
• Fielding basic questions and concerns about our offerings.
• Scheduling consultations between potential clients and our Sales Representatives.
• Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those that were not answered.
• Attempting to contact prospective clients who could not be reached initially.
• Informing the Manager of any recurring product-related complaints.
