Job Title: E-Commerce Expert

The team is seeking an experienced e-commerce expert to lead the development and management of direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. E-Commerce Platform Management: Oversee theme updates, product launches, page buildouts, and site customizations to ensure seamless functionality.
  2. B2B Storefront Development: Build and optimize the B2B e-commerce experience to support business clients, enhancing their online shopping experience.
  3. Platform Efficiency Optimization: Develop and manage e-commerce flows, automations, and apps to enhance platform efficiency, driving sales and revenue.
  4. Digital Marketing Integration: Manage online marketing initiatives, including reviews, referrals, affiliate programs, SEO, and more, to increase brand visibility.
  5. Custom Development Projects: Oversee private app development and platform integrations as needed, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
  6. Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, provide insights, and drive data-informed decisions, ensuring continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive E-commerce Experience: End-to-end store builds and platform management, with a deep understanding of e-commerce capabilities.
  2. App Development: Experience working with e-commerce apps to enhance site functionality, improving user experience.
  3. Marketing Automation: Proficiency in email marketing and automation software, streamlining processes.
  4. Analytics & Data Analysis: Strong understanding of analytics software and data analysis, driving informed decisions.
  5. Excel/Data Analysis: Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and performance tracking, providing actionable insights.
