Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop e-learning courses using Articulate Rise360.
  • Create engaging graphics, visuals, and videos with Canva.
  • Optimize course frameworks to meet content and learner needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine content.
  • Ensure quality standards and learner-first design in all deliverables.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to craft effective learning materials.
  • Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks to measure learning outcomes.
  • Incorporate interactive elements to drive learner participation.
  • Continuously update and optimize content for improved learner engagement.
Skill Set
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
  • Strong expertise in Articulate Rise360, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and adult learning theory.
  • The ability to transform technical or complex concepts into learner-friendly content.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools is a plus.
  • Start-up or high-growth environment experience is an advantage.
  • Self-starter with adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a learner-first approach.
