Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to oversee the digital marketing of our portfolio of brands.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably from a tech company that operates in domains such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Ride-hailing, E-Commerce/Marketplace, or Professional Services.

  • To plan, execute, and oversee all digital marketing campaigns for optimized acquisition and retention performance.
  • To provide a detailed overview of digital marketing funnels to understand drops.
  • To create a marketing communications calendar for seamless execution and excellent transparency.
  • To develop budgets for quarterly campaign spending and anticipated performance.
  • To guide content creation with agencies to determine effective content formats.
  • To coordinate with agencies to deliver content on time for digital campaigns.
  • To generate reports on digital marketing performance across multiple channels.
  • To ensure insights from reports inform future campaign planning.
  • To reduce cost per acquired customer.
  • To achieve retention rates of 65% or higher.
  • To continuously improve campaign performance and content quality, determined by rising engagement levels.
  • To drive agencies to provide their best work and resources.
  • To share clear reports on campaign performance.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Online courses/certifications in Digital Marketing and SEO are desirable.
  • Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup is preferred.
