We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management and a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and build brand equity.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms, including social media and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities, using data analytics and market intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Corporate Communications, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials, and manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI to optimize brand performance and marketing effectiveness, using metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, preferably in FMCG, energy, or the oil sector.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and branding tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
