Job Title: Upwork Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Upwork Manager to lead our freelance operations on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Upwork profile, generating leads, handling client communications, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Profile Management: Oversee and optimize our Upwork profile to effectively reflect our company's values, expertise, and services.
  • Client Acquisition: Research potential clients, write compelling proposals, and secure new projects to drive growth.
  • Client Communication: Handle client interactions, maintain ongoing relationships, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Management: Coordinate and manage a team of freelancers, ensuring timely completion of projects and high-quality deliverables.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, set expectations, and manage billing and payment processes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track project metrics and provide reports on performance, revenue, and client feedback.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet or exceed client requirements and deadlines.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve issues between clients and freelancers or within the team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Upwork profiles, securing projects, and working with freelancers.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork's platform, policies, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in project management and team coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Slack) and communication platforms.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to managing client relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze and leverage Upwork performance metrics to drive improvements.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in digital marketing, design, development, or other specific fields related to our services.
  • Previous success in growing and managing a freelancing business or team on Upwork.
  • Familiarity with Upwork's billing systems, payment structures, and contract management processes.
