Job Title: Freelance Project Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Project Acquisition Specialist to drive success on freelance platforms like Upwork, Bark, and Freelancer. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of these platforms, be able to search for relevant jobs, submit well-written proposals, and identify projects that match our skills and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Research and Submission: Conduct thorough research to find suitable project opportunities and submit high-quality proposals to clients.
  • Client Communication: Establish strong communication with clients to understand their project requirements and negotiate project terms, pricing, and deadlines.
  • Proposal Writing and Editing: Craft customized, professional proposals to attract potential clients and edit existing proposals to improve their effectiveness.
  • Tracking and Follow-up: Monitor all submitted proposals and follow up with clients when necessary to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients.
