Job Title: Procurement & Facilities Officer - Peshawar

We are seeking a skilled and experienced procurement professional to oversee daily procurement and facilities tasks, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and efficient management of resources, stock, inventory, and transport.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Procurement Management: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to meet project objectives.
  2. Facilities Management: Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of facilities, ensuring they are safe and functional.
  3. IT Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
  4. Operational Planning: Create and manage procurement schedules, conduct context analysis, and coordinate transport and logistics planning for projects.
  5. Emergency Preparedness: Contribute to emergency preparedness initiatives and develop plans to respond to crisis situations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management with an international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, transport management, IT, and emergency response.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the organization.
