Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our contract management team as a business contract administrator.
The successful candidate will have experience in contract administration, including preparation, review, and maintenance of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of contracts, including preparation, review, and maintenance.
- Maintenance of contract databases and systems.
- Monitoring of contract performance.
- Resolution of contract-related issues.
- Support of contract negotiations.
- Documentation and archiving of contracts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of contract terms and conditions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
