About the Role:

Cpecc Pakistan is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join its team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract administration and procurement, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts: Oversee contract-related activities, including claims, disputes, insurance, and guarantees.
  • Develop tender documents: Create invitation to Tender documents for potential tenders.
  • Evaluate proposals: Assess technical and commercial offers from potential contractors.
  • Negotiate contracts: Engage in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: University degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in contract and/or procurement administration/development.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to report to and work as directed by the Contract Specialist.
