About This Opportunity:

As a Client Services Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our organization, responsible for providing comprehensive support to clients through various channels.

Key responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, showcasing in-depth knowledge of our tools and data, accelerating data quality and timeliness, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving support survey scores.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across the organization, including Sales, Technology, Product Management, Content & Industry Research, and Account Management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or an equivalent field is required, along with expertise in finance, capital markets, or the global economy.

This role requires flexibility, as you may need to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends. However, you will have the opportunity to develop your industry knowledge, technical expertise, and social skills while interacting with industry leaders.
