Junior Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with the accounting team, data analyst, and senior financial analyst to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and use advanced formulas. You will also be proficient in presenting financial data using detailed reports and charts on a visualization tool such as Power BI/Tableau.

In addition to technical skills, we are looking for a strategic thinker who can assist in financial planning and analysis. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
  • Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support.
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with further plans and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • ACCA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial analysis.
