About the Role:

  • As a member of this team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, research contributors, commercial teams, and clients.

The Impact:

This team is responsible for providing primary support to research contributors when issues or queries arise with their content distribution, processing, tagging, and readership.

You will also be responsible for ensuring our clients have proper entitlement to access our platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and ensure that all Contributor Research content is being processed and tagged correctly.
  2. Closely monitor research upload and processing to the platform, perform day-to-day QA activities, and address any issues that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, research content-related testing, research access issues, and projects.
  4. Analyze client research access to help grow our research business.
  5. Identify entitlement issues for our clients.
  6. Serve as the primary support contact for our research contributors and clients regarding Investment Research content and functionalities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer services, preferably working with global clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and work on team-based projects, as well as work independently within shifting priorities (US or Europe hours).
  • High integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills; a workable understanding of MS Excel and databases is preferred.
  • Fluency and eloquence in English are mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.
