Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Management Product Manager to lead the development of innovative features that enhance our customers' post-order journey.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Self-Service Features: Enhance our order modification framework to enable customers to manage their orders independently.
  • Pain Point Identification and Analysis: Utilize customer feedback, data analysis, and market research to identify areas for improvement in the post-order experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer service teams to ensure alignment between automated solutions and human support.
  • Multistakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic objectives.
  • Product Roadmap Development: Define and manage the product roadmap, setting expectations with senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Requirements Definition: Establish and oversee the requirements definition process to ensure products meet desired outcomes.
  • Strategic Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting the organization's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
Key Qualifications:
  • Ecommerce Product Management Experience: Focus on post-order processes, prioritizing customer needs, and aligning with company strategy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Customer Needs Understanding: Qualitative and quantitative analysis to estimate the impact of opportunities.
  • Market and Competitive Landscape: Understanding of the current market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability, leading and motivating teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity.
  • Agile Development Experience: Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in dynamic environments.
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA or related credentials are strongly preferred.

This position requires a strong understanding of web applications and/or innovative new product-platforms, as well as the ability to discuss technical concepts with both technical and non-technical employees.
