Lead Mobile Software Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer to lead our React Native development team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality front-end mobile client applications for various software platforms.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a professional industry. They should be highly proficient in rendering components with Native APIs, with a proven track record of transitioning from native iOS/Android (Objective C) to React Native.
In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent programming and analytical skills, with knowledge of design patterns. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor team members and provide guidance as needed.
The role requires a flexible attitude and versatile personality, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be based in Lahore, Pakistan, and will report directly to the Director of Engineering.
