Responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine tasks and participating in ward rounds with consultants.
  • Conducting thorough pre-operative assessments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Developing procedural skills through assistance and independent practice (where applicable).
  • Providing patients with accurate post-operative instructions and medications.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of infection control procedures.
Key Requirements
  • A recognized MBBS degree.
  • Completion of FCPS part I in General Surgery.
  • One year internship with six months in Surgery and allied disciplines and six months in Medicine and allied fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
