Job Title: Lead Business Solutions Architect
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Business Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis and development of business solutions, providing strategic guidance to enhance operational performance and optimize internal systems.
The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of business requirements and be able to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Prepare and oversee the development of critical business solution documents, including:
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
- Provide leadership in data flow modeling and system process diagramming
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the proper implementation of system updates and modifications, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Conduct and manage system testing post-modifications to ensure quality assurance
- Generate and present regular reports and recommendations to senior management
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and mentoring to junior team members and other departments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a senior role with a track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality business solutions
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with excellent communication and team collaboration skills
