Job Description

As a Deputy Manager/Manager Production, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This involves working closely with the production team to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as needed.

You will be responsible for supervising the production team, providing guidance and support to help them meet their targets. This includes conducting regular meetings to discuss progress, identifying challenges, and developing strategies to overcome them.

In addition to supervising the production team, you will also be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, managing supplies, and maintaining accurate records. This will involve working closely with the logistics team to ensure that all necessary materials are available when needed.

Your goal will be to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process, while also ensuring that high-quality products are produced consistently.
