Procurement and Supply Chain Specialist Role

This position is accountable for coordinating procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, and analyzing costs to optimize supply chain efficiency.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the tendering process, negotiating contracts, and establishing strategic partnerships with suppliers;
  • Assessing supplier quotations, creating comprehensive cost breakdowns, and developing client-facing proposals that align with company metrics;
  • Overseeing the entire purchase order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timely processing;
  • Proactively monitoring and tracking order statuses, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues;
  • Maintaining the accuracy and currency of the supplier database, inputting new data as necessary;

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of professional experience in procurement or a related field, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, demonstrable leadership skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
