  • Budgeting and Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.

  • Track and report on key supply chain metrics, including cost savings, lead times, and service levels.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, production planning, and inventory management.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
