Network Operations Leadership Role:

  1. Data Center Management and Operations:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the design, buildout, and operations of mission-critical data center facilities.
  • This includes power systems, cooling infrastructure, access control, and environmental safety.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry best practices for data center operations, including energy efficiency, environmental monitoring, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • They will ensure reliable and robust operations at all data center facilities through effective processes and procedures for maintenance and disaster recovery.
NOC Service Assurance and Management:
  • Our team requires a leader who can manage the 24/7 NOC to ensure timely incident detection, triage, escalation, and resolution.
  • Experience with ITIL-based frameworks for Service Management, including Incident, Change, Asset, and Problem Management is essential.
  • The successful candidate will drive automation, real-time dashboards, and analytics to enhance proactive fault management and service assurance across diverse IT/Telco networks and services.
Fixed Network Operations Management:
  • We need a skilled professional to lead nationwide fixed network operations, including Fiber, IP, Transmission, and Transport infrastructure.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring operational stability through preventive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • The ideal candidate will drive compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards for network quality and uptime.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • A collaborative mindset is key in this role, as the successful candidate will work closely with technology and commercial teams for end-to-end service delivery, smooth operations, and lifecycle support.
  • They will also support service management organization-wide through workflow development and platform/user management for seamless user experience.
Strategy & Leadership:
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for managing stakeholders, including vendors, for product/service evolution and strategic growth.
  • They will develop and execute long-term strategies to modernize network operations via digitization, analytics, and process transformation.
  • Owning budgeting, resource allocation, and cost-efficiency initiatives is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams focusing on leadership development and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in telecom network operations, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing accredited data center design and operations, including power, cooling, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Experience in running large-scale, 24/7 NOC operations ensuring high service availability.
  • Strong understanding of fixed wireless/wired networks, services, and transport technologies.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and operational governance models.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
