Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our product.

The successful candidate will have a passion for user experience and be able to lead cross-functional teams to create market-leading products. They will conduct user research, define target audience personas, and leverage insights to guide product design.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on SaaS product ideation, design, and implementation. They will be able to take initiative and drive projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create user experiences by conducting user research and defining target audience personas.
  • Use customer and user feedback to identify opportunities for new feature development and product enhancements.
  • Generate ideas to address gaps in the product and work with the team to improve overall product capabilities.
  • Communicate ideas, strategies, and trade-offs clearly to both top management and development teams.
  • Lead ideation of new product features and write detailed specifications for the development and QA teams.
  • Work directly with customers to gather requirements and understand their needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum BSc in Computer Science or MBA-IT from a recognized institution.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data and insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to write clear product specifications and define goals.
