Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People and Culture Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic partner who can drive the delivery of key P&C strategies, services, and infrastructure nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior management on workforce planning, talent management, and succession strategies.
  • Serve as a thought leader in strengthening organizational culture, values, and ethics.
  • Lead the P&C / HR team in delivering high-impact, efficient, and compliant services aligned with IRC standards.
  • Champion gender equality, diversity, inclusion, and safeguarding at all levels, promoting a safe and inclusive workplace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's university degree in HR management, International Relations or Development, MBA, Law, or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive professional HR experience.
  • Demonstrated success as a HR leader supporting groups of 1,000+ employees at multiple organizational levels, cultures, and locations within a regional or global environment required.
