Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and executing innovative 360-degree marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain our website with up-to-date information and engaging content.
  • Conduct SEO analysis, keyword research, copywriting, and content creation for our portals.
  • Develop effective strategies to generate new leads and sales by targeting customer segments with relevant messaging.
  • Manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including organic search, display advertising, social media, and email, analyzing ROI and making data-driven decisions.
  • Improve conversion rates through optimization of marketing automation, best practice implementation, user journey analysis, and feedback incorporation.
Job Requirements:
  • Create and deliver digital marketing plans that meet strict deadlines and drive business results.
  • 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in IT, specifically CMS Administration (WordPress), MS Office, in-house marketing database, web and email packages, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analytical mindset with good knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Experience in lead generation and driving campaigns to support Sales teams is a plus.
  • Nice to have: good understanding of SEO, PPC, display, and social media marketing principles.
  • Advanced English language skills (written and spoken).
