Deliver results as a Telecom Project Manager, driving client success with progressive strategies.

Job Role

The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecom and 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a project management role within the Telecom industry.

You will formulate implementation plans, manage risks and issues, and provide clear project status updates to customers and stakeholders.

In this role, you will establish and maintain project governance, controls, documentation, reports, and management information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implementation plans according to requirements.
  • Baseline customer satisfaction and expectation levels.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed.
  • Provide regular project status updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage implementation resources and expedite delivery.
  • Ensure timely, accurate implementation adhering to project milestones.
  • Guarantee services meet customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecom.
  • Over 10 years of work experience.
  • At least 3 years in a project management role within the Telecom industry.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with OSS in Performance Management, Fault Management, Configuration Management, Inventory Management, etc.
  • Project management certification.
