Job Title: Telecom Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead our telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate implementation plans as requested.
  • Manage customer expectations and satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as required.
  • Provide clear project status updates to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage implementation resources and expedite delivery.
  • Ensure timely, accurate implementation adhering to project milestones.
  • Guarantee services meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
  1. University degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Telecom.
  2. At least 10 years of work experience.
  3. Minimum 3 years in a project management role within the telecom industry.
  4. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with OSS in Performance Management, Fault Management, Configuration Management, Inventory Management, etc.
  2. Project management certification.
