We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Administrative Assistant Manager to support our daily operations.

As the primary point of contact, you will provide administrative support and address queries from employees and clients. If you have experience as an Office Administrator or similar role, we'd like to hear from you.

You should have working knowledge of office equipment and management tools. Your task will be to ensure seamless execution of our administrative activities on both short-term and long-term basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and order supplies
  • Compile regular reports on expenses and financial performance
  • Maintain and update databases
  • Establish and maintain a filing system for confidential documents
  • Address employee and client queries
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize meetings and take minutes
  • Update policies as needed
  • Coordinate appointments and events
  • Distribute and store correspondence
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • Strong understanding of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software (MS Office, specifically)
  • Excellent organizational skills with problem-solving attitude
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Additional qualifications in Office Administration are beneficial
