In-Store Visibility Specialist

The purpose of this role is to collaborate with visibility partners and category teams to create sustainable and reusable assets for in-store visibility and ensure that all visibility operations are on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To track and address field requests for any in-store work pertaining to visibility.
  • To maintain a record of asset deployments/lift back/re-utilization of assets.
  • Ensure to follow modern trade playbooks to bring uniformity in executions across.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of payments to visibility partners.
  • Manage advertising and promotional budgets of all categories/in-store activities.
  • Pose and work on cost-effective and scalable branding/merchandising options for uplifting the trade visibility.
  • Keep track of ongoing projects and update it to all stakeholders.
  • To ensure audit compliance from PO raising to payment processing to vendors.
  • To work on innovative and clutter-breaking visibility solutions with visibility partners.
  • Regularly track competitor activities and create dynamic reporting systems.
  • Prepare customized solutions (wherever required) in alignment with channels.
  • Ensure all structure productions and deployments by visibility partners follow safety standards.

Requirements:

Education: BBA / MBA

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Core Skills:

  • Knowledge on visibility materials
  • Independently work on projects;
  • Strong Communication and analytical skills;
  • Highly motivated and energized;
  • Experience of merchandising & perfect store;
  • Engaging key project stakeholders;
  • Resolving conflicts;
  • Multi-tasking.

This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising and managing projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
