About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to oversee all aspects of our marketing operations.

  • This position requires planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Developing and maintaining our social media presence, including content creation and engagement strategies.
  • Brianstorming new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Evaluating key metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Managing and overseeing different digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Measuring ROI and KPIs to optimize spend and performance.
  • Identifying trends and insights to inform campaign optimization.
  • Creating strategies to increase online traffic to our website.
  • Oversceeing all company social media accounts and managing online content.
  • Researching competition and investigating benchmarks to inform improvement suggestions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing role.
