We're hiring a specialist to lead our paid advertising efforts under the guidance of our senior leader in the UK.

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end paid campaigns, conversion tracking, and landing page optimizations with opportunities to grow into email marketing, automation, and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media:
    Build, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • Landing Pages & CRO:
    Collaborate with designers/developers to improve landing page user experience and conversion rates.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and generate performance reports for senior review.
  • Growth Opportunities:
    Assist with email marketing, CRM workflows, and basic SEO tasks.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (certifications preferred).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of landing page best practices and A/B testing.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent English for clear communication.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing, or SEO.
