We are seeking a proactive and experienced Paid Ads Manager to build our paid advertising strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing successful paid ad campaigns, ideally within the SaaS industry. This role requires a hands-on individual who can manage all aspects of our paid media efforts, from strategy and execution to analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end paid advertising strategies across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to generate high-quality leads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Create compelling ad copy and work with design teams to produce engaging ad creatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage campaign budgets and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising and the SaaS industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns, preferably for a SaaS company.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads and social media advertising channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
