Job Title: Strategic Sales and Marketing Professional

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Sales and Marketing Professional.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional who can develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Management: To manage the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales enquiries in line with company policies.
  2. Enquiry Co-ordination: To receive and co-ordinate all sales enquiries, ensuring timely completion of HEC and enquirer actions.
  3. Status Monitoring: To monitor the status of all live enquiries, maintaining a professional approach at all times.
  4. Quote Management: To ensure that all quotes and associated files are linked to an enquiry.
  5. Clients Engagement: To follow up sales activities with clients and potential clients.
  6. Failure Analysis: To chase and analyse the reasons for failure to turn an enquiry into a new order.
  7. KPI Monitoring: To monitor company sales KPIs and sales performance.
  8. Credit Checks: To credit check all potential new clients prior to completion of a quote.
  9. Liaison Role: To liaise with the sales team to capture all necessary information for quotes and to manage the dispatch of quotes to agreed timescales.
  10. Outstanding Quotes: To chase outstanding quotes to agreed timescales.
  11. Marketing Strategy: To create a marketing and PR strategy for the company to be approved by directors.
  12. PR Plan: To create a marketing and PR plan to be approved by directors for the company based on a rolling 12-month period.
Job Specification:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Administrative Support: To administer the preparation of quotes.
  • Marketing Implementation: To create and implement a marketing and PR strategy.
  • Market Research: To identify and co-ordinate market information on behalf of the organization.
  • Collateral Creation: To produce appropriate marketing collateral as required.
  • PR Materials: To produce appropriate PR materials as required.
  • Team Management: Manage the day-to-day work of the sales and marketing assistant.
