We are seeking a driven sales professional to fill the role of Lead Generator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers through automated dialing systems, targeting individuals seeking loan opportunities.
  • Follow structured scripts to complete loan applications and identify potential clients for financial planning services.
  • Maintain accurate records and data quality within our CRM system, ensuring seamless lead organization and management.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English language skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical abilities with a willingness to learn. They should be able to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks efficiently, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
Work Schedule:

This full-time position involves working during standard business hours from Monday to Thursday (15:00 - 00:30), Friday (16:00 - 22:00), and Saturday (15:00 - 21:00).
