Job Title: Senior Operations Executive

Job Overview

The role of the Senior Operations Executive is to oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient execution of tasks.

This position requires a strong background in management and business administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and executing daily activities to ensure required support
  • Providing a smooth and efficient flow of work within a team
  • Identifying operational issues to maximize efficiency in terms of time, cost, and resources
  • Preparing daily to-do lists for the team and executing work efficiently and effectively
  • Reporting daily activities of the department and highlighting issues that are considerably management's concern
  • Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
  • Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers
  • Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work
  • Monitoring performance metrics
Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Operations Executive, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management/Business Administration or related field from a recognized university with at least 2 years' work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of customer relationship and dealing with their issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills specifically English
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Good knowledge of documentation and reporting
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
