Job Title: Senior Operations Executive
Job OverviewThe role of the Senior Operations Executive is to oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient execution of tasks.
This position requires a strong background in management and business administration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and executing daily activities to ensure required support
- Providing a smooth and efficient flow of work within a team
- Identifying operational issues to maximize efficiency in terms of time, cost, and resources
- Preparing daily to-do lists for the team and executing work efficiently and effectively
- Reporting daily activities of the department and highlighting issues that are considerably management's concern
- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
- Monitoring operational performance of both internal and external service providers
- Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work
- Monitoring performance metrics
To be successful as a Senior Operations Executive, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Management/Business Administration or related field from a recognized university with at least 2 years' work experience
- In-depth knowledge of customer relationship and dealing with their issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills specifically English
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Good knowledge of documentation and reporting
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
